The marketplace

IzzieShop is a marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers in Kenya. Sellers are responsible for the products they list, their accuracy, pricing, stock and fulfilment. IzzieShop provides the platform and support.

Orders and payments

Product availability and final delivery arrangements are confirmed with the seller, normally on WhatsApp. Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings (KES). Delivery fees may be added based on the delivery location.

Seller responsibilities

• List only products you are legally allowed to sell.
• Provide accurate descriptions, prices, stock and images.
• Honour confirmed orders and communicate promptly with buyers.
• Comply with consumer-protection, tax and product-safety laws.

Acceptable use

Do not use IzzieShop for fraud, illegal products, misleading listings, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.

Returns and disputes

Eligible returns are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy. Contact support if you need help resolving an order.

Changes

We may update these terms as the marketplace develops. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
